Most issues can be solved faster with these checks:

  • Check Status for outages or maintenance.
  • Read FAQ for common fixes.
  • If you changed plugins/mods recently, revert and test again.
  • Try copying the server address again (no spaces).

If you want to report abuse, spam, or harmful behavior:

  • Include evidence (screenshots, usernames, timestamps).
  • Tell us which server/world it happened on.
  • Use “Abuse report” in the subject line if emailing.

We handle reports as quickly as possible and may request additional details.
